What payment methods do you accept?
Through our payment provider Stripe, we can accept either a credit or debit card. We can also send out invoices, but only for Enterprise customers.

What's the difference between monthly and annual plans?
If you pay our subscription on an annual basis, you'll get 20% off. We will charge the annual subscription once every 12 months, while monthly subscriptions are charged in the beginning of every month.
How do I cancel the plan?
You can cancel your subscription directly through your workspace settings or by getting in touch with us

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime. After cancellation you will be downgraded to the Starter plan at the end of the cycle you already paid for.
Can I change plans after a purchase?
Yes, you can always downgrade to the Starter plan, by cancelling your Premium subscription. Once you cancelled, you will still be able to use the premium features until the end of the cycle you already paid for.
